Article Please open a ticket in the billing department with the following information included:

1.- order number for this account.

2.- Current Domain name and username for this account. ( this information can be located in your welcome email.)

3.- Your name, email, phone, home/office address used when signing up for this account for verification purposes.

4.- If you have any ded IP orders for this account. If not then the IP this account is on i.e shared IP address.
