Can I move to a shared hosting account, from my reseller account?

This is technically possible, however we can only move one cpanel account to your shared hosting account. With a web hosting account, you are only allowed 1 cPanel account, therefore if you have any additional cPanel accounts in your current reseller plan, they will have to be deleted first.

Once you have deleted all the accounts you don't want and are left with 1 cPanel account, then you can order your web hosting account and then submit a ticket to support, asking for us to transfer the cPanel account to a shared hosting server.

To put all the steps in order:

#1. Delete all but 1 cPanel account in WHM
#2. Signup for web hosting account (be sure to add this to your existing account in the checkout page.)
#3. Open a ticket with Support, asking for us to transfer your 1 cPanel account on your Reseller Package to the Web Hosting server. Be sure to explain that you are moving from a reseller plan.
